Yesterday one of our VIP clients called in total distress (yes, challenges still happens to the best of us.) Her system crashed, the back up system crashed and 20,000 images form her client’s virtual stores simply vanished.
We got on the phone right away, assessed the issue, brainstormed and came up with possible solutions.
I just got an email from her saying that she has everything under control. One client tried to cancel the service (but she was able to turn them around) and that her clients are helpful going above and beyond to help her.
These are the ups and downs of business…but remember for every problem there is at least one good solution.
You just need to be creative!
